The Job/What You'll Do:
The Talent Acquisition Partner, Technical is responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top technical talent for the organization. This role focuses on filling technical positions, such as software engineers, developers, and IT specialists, while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
This is a full-time position in our Phoenix, AZ office with a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top technical candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams
- Administer technical assessments or coding challenges to evaluate candidates' skills
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles. • Promote the company’s brand and values to potential candidates
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams on hiring strategies and process improvements
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate quality
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements (e.g., software engineering, IT).
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
Education & Experience:
- 2 years of experience in recruiting for technical positions
Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $95,000-$125,000.
This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
