The Job / What You'll Do :
The Sales Operations Analyst will deliver data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions across sales and marketing, driving organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This role focuses on targeting high-growth opportunities, improving sales processes, and proactively managing at-risk relationships.
We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule and are close to our office location in Phoenix, AZ Chicago, IL, or Concord, CA.
Responsibilities :
Sales & Consulting Effectiveness :
- Measure, systematize, and communicate growth rates, win rates, conversion rates, and realization rates across sales channels, territories, and sales teams
- Provide both qualitative and quantitative insights tied to these metrics to inform decision-making
Customer Segmentation & Growth Analysis (Channel / Institutional / Enterprise / Individuals) :
Territory & Capacity Planning :
Forecasting & Pipeline Management :
Campaign Performance & Product Adoption Analysis :
Insights for Monthly Sales Executive Summary :

Compensation : The Base Salary range for this position is between $90,000-$110,000.
This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
