Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Develop and oversee the IWMS implementation roadmap, ensuring alignment with institutional goals. Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinate software configuration, data migration, integrations, and testing. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with university leadership, IT teams, facilities management, and end users. Facilitate communication between vendors, consultants, and internal teams. Conduct regular project meetings and status updates. Risk & Budget Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness. Ensure compliance with institutional policies and industry best practices. Training & Change Management: Develop user training programs and adoption strategies. Support change management efforts to ensure seamless transition to the new IWMS platform. Gather user feedback and continuously improve system utilization. Quality Assurance & Go-Live Support: Conduct system testing and validation. Oversee go-live activities and post-implementation support. Ensure system performance aligns with institutional objectives. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Facilities Management, or related field. 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in IWMS, ERP, or enterprise software implementation. Experience in the higher education sector is highly preferred. Technical & Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with IWMS platforms (e.g., Archibus, Planon, FM:Systems, TRIRIGA, Accruent). Understanding of space planning, facilities management, and asset management within universities. Knowledge of integration with existing university IT infrastructure (e.g., ERP, HR, Finance systems). Project Management Expertise: Strong background in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus. Experience with data migration, software configuration, and user training. Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic higher education environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing projects involving cloud-based solutions and third-party vendors. Familiarity with compliance and reporting requirements in higher education facilities management.
