This role will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, stakeholders, and ensuring the successful deployment of the IWMS to optimize campus operations, space management, maintenance, and real estate management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Planning & Execution :
Develop and oversee the IWMS implementation roadmap, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
Collaborate with university leadership, IT teams, facilities management, and end users.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Develop user training programs and adoption strategies.
Conduct system testing and validation.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Facilities Management, or related field.
Familiarity with IWMS platforms (e.g., Archibus, Planon, FM : Systems, TRIRIGA, Accruent).
Strong background in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
