Assist Marketing is now hiring enthusiastic and energetic promotional staff for activation at NCAA Final Four for a well-known beverage client.✨

• Staff must be extremely punctual, have high energy, and a positive attitude, be comfortable approaching and talking to anyone in their path, and be capable of standing on their feet for long hours.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to handing out premium giveaways while creating a positive experience for consumers. Playing games, and creating memories.
• Staff must remember speaking points and maintain high energy throughout the program.
• Staff must have an outgoing personality and willingness to engage and interact with guests, work well with others, and operate as a team, taking direction from team leads, managers, and clients.

Uniform: The uniform is black pants or shorts, black/white shoes (may be asked to wear one or the other), provided with a branded t-shirt.

When you apply to our events, you're signing up as a 'local' staff member, and it's all on you to sort out any travel or lodging needs. Unfortunately, we can't offer any help with travel or lodging unless that is offered in the specifics of the job post. On the bright side, you'll be our awesome W-2 employee, and we've got the tax and legal stuff all covered. We pay no less than $25.00/hour for all events. If you are considered as a candidate for the event, you will be contacted directly via e-mail or phone to discuss event details, the pay rates and to schedule a video interview. Dates and hours vary per event, hired staff can expect a 5-hour minimum (activation days only) per event.
