Assistance Plus is seeking a dynamic individual to oversee the Adult Case Management team. This is a unique opportunity to take a supervisory role at a growing company!
The ACM Team Leader is the primary individual responsible for supervising and overseeing that the Adult Case Managers and Peer Supports remain compliant with MaineCare, Regulatory, and Licensing paperwork requirements. The ACM TL is the primary individual to ensure the growth of the adult case management program, along with the responsibility to supervise, coordinate and provide training to Adult Case Managers and Peer Supports.
Duties include and are not limited to:
Interviewing, hiring, and overseeing training for newly hired staff
Assuring productivity requirements of staff are met by position and minimum billing requirements occur monthly
Being accessible both physically and emotionally to the team for support
Working closely with QA to ensure record compliance
Completing employee evaluations
Monitoring adherence to training and supervision requirements
Reviewing and confirming bi-weekly timecards for payroll
Monitoring mileage usage on a bi-weekly basis
Meeting on a weekly basis as needed with Case Managers who are struggling with paperwork requirements
Reviewing Case Manager trackers on a bi-weekly basis and following up to ensure paperwork is completed and handed in on time
Maintaining a minimum caseload of 10 clients with a billable expectation of 30% weekly
Assisting in the audit process by attending routinely scheduled meetings
Reporting timely to the Director of Programs when staff are non-compliant with meeting paperwork deadlines
Marketing with outside providers
Being aware of and responsible for maintaining all requirements of the AMHI Consent Decree as it pertains to providing client service
Reviewing weekly timesheets and notes for accuracy
Assisting with the completion of the Adult Behavioral Services Operations Manual
Remaining current on all required trainings
Completing Adult Case Management opens
Position Requirements:
- Proof of vehicle insurance at $50K/$100K and a valid Maine drivers license are required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- MHRT/C or MHRT/CP
- Intermediate level computer experience
- Minimum of three years relevant experience working with people with mental illness
