Customer Support & Engagement
The Client Support Operations will act as a brand ambassador, supporting daily client interactions and shipping documents with the use of company systems. Combining hospitality, problem-solving, and process efficiency, this role will ensure seamless and compassionate customer experiences across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:
Customer Service Support
- Respond promptly and thoughtfully to inquiries, offering personalized solutions.
- Actively listen, problem-solve, and follow structured workflows.
- Ensure elevated, luxury service across phone, email, and chat.
- Document interactions and update customer profiles for future support.
- Conduct client outreach to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Delivery & Carrier Support
- Liase with factory and corporate support.
- Data entry and documentation for inventory.
- Research systems to track orders and coordinate shipping.
- Assist with product warranties, returns, and troubleshooting.
Process & Systems Expertise
- Navigate company systems to manage customer and vendor interactions.
- Understand basic receiving, fulfillment and shipping processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Rotating shift
