Who you are :
The DPCS / Clinical Manager is responsible for oversight of all home health patient care services and their clinical management, and all home health personnel consistent with the mission, vision and goals of the Agency. The Director's primary functions are to plan, organize, coordinate and control clinical home health patient care services while maintaining quality. Additional responsibilities include promoting and maintaining harmonious relationships with client / families, other departments, and other community organizations.
