What you will do:
- Source for new recruits, work on assigned open job orders via ATS, while providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Document all calls and recruitment activity via ATS
- Creatively utilize a variety of tools (e.g., email, telephone, social media, cold calling) to prospect and contact candidates
- Follow up on all potential applicants to fill open positions within the branch.
- Convert recruits to active employees in a timely manner to place new hires
- Secure missing credentials from potential candidates prior to placement
- Verifies licensure, certificates and obtains all appropriate documentation and authorizations to obtain references.
- Creates employment packets, including name badges and welcome letters.
- Schedules Orientation.
Who you are:
- High school diploma or GED is required, associate degree is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of related experience in recruitment, human resources, or staffing in medical fields.
- Must possess a working knowledge in full cycle recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, social networking, assessing, legal, relationship management and due diligence.
- Must be able to multitask and thrive in a high pace environment.
- Must be able to provide exceptional customer service to represent the company.
