What You'll Do: As our IT Network and Systems Administrator, you’ll be integral in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. You will manage our LAN, WAN, and VOIP systems, and provide technical support to a wide range of users across multiple locations.
- Infrastructure Management: Maintain and configure Assisted’s LAN, WAN, and VOIP systems, ensuring consistent and reliable operation.
- Technical Support: Offer on-site support for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. Respond to internal customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- User Assistance: Guide team members through problem-solving processes, providing clear and effective communication and following up to ensure complete resolution.
- Hardware/Software Support: Install, modify, and repair hardware and software as needed, running diagnostic tools to resolve issues and optimize performance.
- Travel and Relocation Support: Travel to different Assisted facilities as necessary to support personnel relocations and system upgrades.
Who You Are:
- Educational Background: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Experience with Active Directory, Office 365 Administration, LAN/WAN/VOIP systems, and hands-on troubleshooting.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently with meticulous attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with diverse teams and users in a clear and professional manner.
- Multitasker: Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
