What you will do:
- Maintains schedule of all home health services
- Assists with preparation of nursing call schedule.
- Receives updated orders from physicians.
- Takes and prepares intake referrals, and prepares clinical notes for interventions rendered.
- Verifies Medicare/Insurance benefits.
