LPN EVENING Shift Supervisor
$5,000 SIGN ON BONUS!!!!
The Terrace at Newark Assisted Living & Memory Care Community is seeking a LPN Supervisor to join our team! This is a FULL-TIME EVENING position and provides the areas best wages and benefits. We are a family owned & operated community and value each and every employee that works with us. You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with Medication Administration and Personal Care needs
- Supervise and assist HHAs/PCAs
- Collaborate with our Registered Nurse to provide Case Management and Physician Communication.
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
Qualifications:
- Must have a current License as LPN from NYS Department of Education
- Ability to build rapport with residents
- Experience supervising staff required
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
