What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Case Manager position at Assisted Living?
We are seeking a full-time RN Case Manager who will be responsible for the management and operation of all ALP and AH related policies and procedures for the community along with all applicable federal, state, and local rules and regulations. The RN Case Manager is responsible for the supervision and direction of the care team. This is a great opportunity to work with the elderly and be a part of a friendly group of staff.

Qualifications and Requirements
* Must be a Registered Nurse
* Must have UAS knowledge
* Demonstrated and caring attitude towards the elderly and those in need
* Upbeat and positive attitude
* Be willing to work together toward a common goal
* Leadership skills
* Implement and manage resident care planning and services
*Knowledge of ALP regulations in an Assisted Living setting (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $45.00 per hour
