Nursing Supervisor

Job Description:

The Nursing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care. They will be responsible for managing the nursing schedule, ensuring that all shifts are adequately staffed, and providing guidance and support to the nursing team. The Nursing Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring that all nursing policies and procedures are followed, and that all nursing staff are properly trained and certified. They will work closely with other members of the healthcare team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the nursing staff and ensure that all patients receive high-quality care
• Manage the nursing schedule and ensure that all shifts are adequately staffed

• Ensure that all nursing policies and procedures are followed

Requirements:

• Valid nursing license
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to work flexible hours
