Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Care Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care by coordinating their medical services and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and experience in a medical or dental office setting.
Primary Duties:
1. Assists scheduling coordinator with caregiver schedules
a. Matches appropriate caregivers to cases based on personality, availability, and skill set.
b. Ensures that all cases are covered and arranges for substitute coverage.
2. Assists client director with client schedules
a. Provides information about services to prospective clients.
b. Responsible for maintaining client / employee files and keeping them up to date.
c. Answering employee and client phone calls
d. General Administrative assistance and client follow ups
3. Actively participates in recruitment and new hire processes.
4. Develops and maintains relationships with referral sources in the local community.
5. Participates in on-call rotation as needed.
Qualifications
Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills. Must be well-organized and have good attention to detail. This position requires at least 2 years of experience in staffing or customer service in a health care setting. Experience in senior service setting preferred. Must be a good problem solver and able to work independently.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
