What Youll Do:
- Match caregivers with clients based on personality, availability, and skills.
- Ensure that all clients have caregiver coverage and arrange for substitute/backup caregivers as necessary.
- Address caregiver issues and scheduling changes promptly.
- Verify client shifts and authorize services with payors.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and caregivers.
- Track caregiver attendance and support new hire orientation.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
- Fill in as a caregiver when necessary and participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
- Assist with special projects, marketing, and company events.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively.
- Motivated to contribute to our growth and success.
- At least 2 years of office experience, preferably in staffing or scheduling.
- Experience in senior care or healthcare is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency with Google Suite; familiarity with AxisCare is advantageous.
- Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Must own a smartphone.
- Ability to complete a TB test.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Eligibility to work in the US.
- Office hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM 3:00 PM.
- Full-time, hourly non-exempt position.
- Hourly pay ranges $20 to $23, depending on experience and qualifications.
