We are seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming mail and performing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Open, sort, and organize all incoming mail received by USPS.
- Scan mail to create PDF versions of contents.
- Attach PDFs to email and send to appropriate team members accordingly.
- Process returned mail (submit notice to recipient requesting address update, note customer profile).
- Perform other administrative tasks based on interest and availability.
Requirements:
- Great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Windows.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be a quick study in computer-based programs (training to be provided).
- Organizational skills are essential.
