Job Description
Associa is hiring a PART TIME Payroll Administrator to work onsite in Chantilly, VA.
Work schedule :
27-30 hours a week working 5 -6 hours a day, Monday - Friday.
Daily responsibilities :
- Prepare and process payroll for 15 homeowners associations totaling approximately 150 employees using Paychex payroll software.
- Support corporate branch payroll for approximately 300 employees, utilizing ADP. Providing information needed for the Corporate Payroll team to process payroll.
- Review time entered, pay rate, and payroll codes for association and branch employees.
- Ensure payroll codes for position title and location are correct.
- Make payroll adjustments.Add paid time off and other hours as needed.
- Process payroll and bonuses.
- Research and analyze payroll and payroll code, make corrections and adjustments.
- Enter and update garnishments, child support, payroll deductions, 401K, benefits, etc..
- Update employee status, department changes, prepare pay changes, additional pay and bonuses for corporate payroll team.
- Ensure payroll is fully approved and signed off for corporate payroll to process.
- Other duties as assigned.
