They are in a very immature agile environment and need someone to meet the teams where they are.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of product or project development experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Experience with Scrum framework
- Jira or Confluence
- Exposure to release management
- Financial Services background preferred
- Experience with teams involved in Interactive Voice Response, Desktop tech, or Digital Support, would be a plus
