The Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) serves as the technology agile and portfolio management organization at LPL. The purpose of EPMO is to enable best practices and drive planning and execution activities that unlock the flow of value and create transparency into capacity across the organization. The AVP, Scrum Master II is responsible for providing program management support to project teams. This role supports the following EPMO service offerings :
Program Epics Management
Quality Management
Reporting
Benefits Management
Governance of processes, standards, etc.
The Sr Prof, Scrum Master I works closely with project and scrum teams and reports directly to the Release Train Engineer or Program Lead.
Responsibilities :
Facilitates and drives the team through the agile ceremonies –foster a Lean-Agile leadership including (PI Planning at the team level, Iteration Planning, Standup, Retro, Inspect and Adapt Workshop, Iteration Review and Demo)
Release Planning and Execution
Ensure agreement and transparency across team including up to the RTE
Ensure JIRA is accurate and updated as required per Iteration
Capacity vs Load
Performs PI Planning prep & execution for the team
Ensures weekly, monthly and iteration reports are produced as required / requested for the team
Progress of PI Objectives
Commit to Complete Ratio (not all teams are at the level of maturity)
Velocity
Capacity Planning
Backlog Revisions (meet definition of ready?) and Health (this is a product metric that some Scrum Masters review to ensure they have work planned for future iterations)
Manages Risk / Impediment Resolution, Reporting and Escalation to RTE and Tech / Product Accountable

Requirements :
4 year college degree, preferably in Project Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications or related technical field
3 years of experience managing up to two or more teams\
Core Competencies :
Deep understanding of and ability to manage Project and Software Development Life Cycle(s) using Agile methodologies
Comfortable exercising judgment and using analytical skills in ambiguous situations
Outstanding attention to detail combined with the ability to see the big picture
Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills including the ability to actively listen, problem solve, and communicate effectively with both technical and business users
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment; proactive in seeking out information when necessary
Experience monitoring and managing vendor performance
Experience managing requirement solution workshops
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project or similar tools
Strong working knowledge of JIRA, Aha!, Confluence or similar tools
Preferences : Agile certification
Pay Range :
96,200.00 - $160,300.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
