Their primary goal is to enhance team efficiency and offer motivation and guidance for process improvement. They are in a very immature agile environment and need someone to meet the teams where they are.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of Scrum experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Experience with PM and Scrum framework
- Jira or Confluence
- Exposure to release management
- Financial Services background preferred
- Experience working with Infrastructure and operations teams
