- Coordinate and support projects to enhance frontline hiring efforts.
- Serve as the main point of contact between business units, HR, branding, and talent acquisition.
- Track project progress, address roadblocks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Manage meeting schedules, agendas, and follow-ups to ensure accountability.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and decisions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
- 1 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or recruiting coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communicator with experience managing cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with project management tools and recruiting workflows is a plus.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Contribute to impactful hiring strategy initiatives.
