Job Description
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator to support a program focused on optimizing our high-volume frontline hiring funnel through multiple strategic projects. This role will be critical in ensuring smooth execution, keeping cross-functional stakeholders aligned, and driving progress on key initiatives.
Reporting to the Head of Frontline Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating efforts between the business, HR, branding, and talent acquisition, ensuring deliverables stay on track and meetings are effectively managed. Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Support the execution of multiple projects aimed at improving frontline hiring processes and outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a central point of contact, ensuring alignment between the business, HR, branding, and talent acquisition teams.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor project milestones, track deliverables, and proactively address roadblocks to keep initiatives on schedule.
- Meeting & Schedule Management: Organize meetings, coordinate agendas, and facilitate follow-ups to drive accountability.
- Status Reporting: Provide clear and timely updates on project progress, risks, and key decisions.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve coordination across teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 1 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support or recruiting coordination
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and experience engaging cross-functional teams.
- Experience with project management tools and familiarity with recruiting workflows is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 160 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
