Summary

Seeking a production-focused artist (not a web designer) with strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Word. The role is heavily print-based (e.g., business cards, stationery, reformatting logos), with some digital outputs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to handle repetitive tasks while following brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and prepare print and digital artwork using Word, InDesign, and Adobe tools
• Support consistent design across recurring projects
• Follow brand guidelines, work from templates, and handle basic ADA tagging
• Communicate effectively with marketers, programmers, and non-design stakeholders
• Participate in testing, file troubleshooting, and light technical consultation
  
  

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (or higher) in graphic design or related field
• 2–5 years of production/design experience
• Strong knowledge of print production, layout, typography, and brand compliance
• Comfortable working cross-platform (Mac & PC)
• Basic understanding of programming or file formatting helpful
• Work samples highly encouraged
  
  

Other Notes

• Must work onsite 3 days/week (Tues–Thurs) for server access
• Work environment is collaborative, fun, and feedback-driven
• Most work is repetitive or template-based, but some from scratch using brand standards
• Not suitable for candidates focused solely on web design
