What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Recruiter position at Associate Staffing?
Job Description
- The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening and referring the most qualified applicants to hiring managers, leveraging social media, networking and other innovative sourcing techniques to find top talent.
- Recruits qualified mission-driven candidates via a variety of creative methods (i.e. media, job fairs, employee referrals, networking and data mining)
- Establishes, cultivates and maintains ongoing relationships with management in order to understand recruitment needs and identify skills needed for vacancies
- Conducts daily calls with potential candidates to build pipeline of applicants to meet common and unique staffing needs
- Collects and analyze data and statistics for use in designing recruitment plans and measuring the effectiveness of various recruitment efforts
Skills needed

- Excellent communication skills and ability to foster relationships with employees at all levels within the organization
- Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives
