You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, build strong talent pipelines and drive the hiring process from start to finish. This is a hands-on, results-driven role where you will play a key part in building out the technological team.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Manages full life-cycle recruitment for all technology roles within the Digital/IT function, including networking, pipeline management, talent identification, offer negotiations, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Conducts intake calls and weekly update meetings with hiring managers to ensure alignment, maintain clear communication and stay on track with hiring goals and expectations.
- Identifies and implements improvements in the recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Acts as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing insights and recommendations on market data, recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
- Partners with our technology leaders to understand business priorities and ensure alignment in recruitment strategies.
- Builds relationships within HR function and cross-functionally across the organization.
- Works in a performance-driven environment, meeting metrics for quality/quantity of hires, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate and candidate/hiring manager experience.
- Fosters strong relationships with candidates to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Fosters the MSC Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure fulfillment of MSC s vision and unity of purpose.
- Participation in special projects and performs additional duties as required
What You Need:
- Bachelor s degree or the equivalent relevant work experience required.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of technical recruitment experience, with a proven track record in recruiting Software Developers, Network/Security Engineers, and other technical roles.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate and build rapport with highly technical hiring managers and candidates.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently, be action-oriented, selfmotivated and results-driven.
- Creative and resourceful in sourcing top talent, through innovative solutions and utilizing channels beyond traditional job boards.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously while ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes.
- Ability to influence hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, guiding them to make informed hiring decisions while aligning with overall business goals.
- Extensive experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, LinkedIn and social media platforms.
- Corporate recruitment experience preferred; however, agency experience will also be considered.
