Responsibilities
- Channel/Partnership Relationship, Development, and Compliance: Lead the establishment and nurturing of strong, productive relationships with channel and partnership networks. Focus on the development of new partnerships and the enhancement of existing relationships, ensuring compliance with all agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Product Development/Selection, Integration and Go To Market Strategy: Oversee the selection and development of products and solutions, ensuring they meet market demands and customer needs. Manage their integration and develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies.
- Cost and Pricing Management of Technology Solutions: Strategize on pricing models and manage costs to ensure competitiveness and profitability of the company's technology solutions.
- Management and Reporting of Profitability for ACS and Channel Products/Solutions: Monitor the financial performance of ACS and channel products, implementing strategies to improve profitability.
- Capturing Maximum Rebates and Funding from Channel Partners: Negotiate to secure the best possible rebates and funding from channel partners, enhancing program profitability.
- Product Catalog Management and Accuracy: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date product catalog to support sales and partner activities effectively.
- Sales Enablement and Training: Develop and deliver training and support materials to enable sales executives to effectively sell and support the company's products and services.
- Channel and Technology Solutions Core Process Owner: Own all processes related to channel and technology solutions, ensuring they are efficient and aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Lead efforts to continually optimize these processes.
What You Bring:
- 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or channel management, preferably in technology solutions.
- Proven leadership in channel growth, partnership management, and revenue strategy.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in cost, pricing, and profitability optimization.
- Expertise in go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and partner negotiations.
- Strategic problem solver with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Passion for innovation and process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field required; MBA preferred.
