Position Summary
This position is responsible for performing assigned accounting and administrative functions and assisting the finance department with special projects as appropriate.
Bookkeeper Essential Functions
- Accounts Payable data entry, processing and maintenance of accounts payable records
- Company Credit Card data entry and reconciliation
- Reconciliation and daily import of accounts receivable detail from practice management software
- Weekly import and mailing of patient refunds
- Sorting and distribution of finance department mail, mailing of vendor payments, and other administrative duties as assigned
Bookkeeper Other Essential Functions
- Must be available to travel to other offices as needed
- Must present self at the workstation, ready for work, at the scheduled time
- Participates in department and company meetings, as requested
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
