JOB SUMMARY:
We seek an experienced IT Project Manager / Programming Supervisor to lead our programming team and manage multiple projects focused on designing, developing, testing, and implementing new and existing systems for internal and external use. This role requires a proactive leader who can maintain strong relationships with vendors, team members, and organizational leadership. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to fostering a positive work environment, ensuring team success through effective training and resource allocation, and staying current with the latest industry trends.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage IT projects while overseeing the programming team and daily operations.
- Continually develop personal and team knowledge and skills through training and education.
- Assist the team in troubleshooting tasks and assignments, guiding as needed.
- Maintain a positive work environment for team members and stakeholders.
- Analyze current systems and processes to identify and address company needs.
- Communicate and coordinate with leadership on departmental needs and strategic direction.
- Work on special projects and research tasks as requested by leadership.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Regular on-site attendance is required to ensure team collaboration and project oversight.
Position Requirements for IT Project Manager / Programming Supervisor:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and training are preferred.
- Proven leadership abilities with 8 years of programming experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with high attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of all aspects of the programming process.
- Regular on-site attendance is required.
