Responsibilities
- Daily Transactions : Record daily transactions in our accounting software.
- Credit Card Transactions : Process all credit card transactions.
- Accounts Receivable / Payable : Handle all accounts receivable and payable for the association, PAC, Educational Foundation, and districts.
- Payroll : Record payroll aggregates to the general ledger.
- Financial Reporting : Assist in monthly financial reporting, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Compliance : Ensure all GAAP and regulatory compliance and monitor internal controls.
- Cash Management : Update cash and account balances.
- Consolidation : Assist in consolidating district and PAC financial activity with the association.
- Inventory Management : Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies.
- Facility Maintenance : Coordinate regular maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds with the CEO.
- Miscellaneous : Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.
