Customer Service / Account Coordinator - Key Responsibilities:
· Provide full support for AGI’s national account managers
· Assist in onboarding new customers
· Serve as the main point of contact for AGI’s national accounts / clients
· Maintain customer relations through a demonstrated sense of urgency and a proactive approach with a focus on client retention
· Manage daily administration of assigned accounts including order processing and resolving project issues while determining the quickest, most effective ways to proceed
· Coordinate with all team members effectively to ensure on-time completion of all projects and provide ongoing feedback
· Educate customers on additional products and services
· Lead virtual meetings with customers and AGI team
