We offer superior benefits to our employees!  As a Central Office Clerk, you will work in our Warehouse/Operations Department. This position performs general office and clerical duties in an office within the perishable/refrigerated areas of the warehouse. 

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 12pm.

Pay: Starts at $17/hr. plus $3/hr. shift premium Sundays and full benefits packet. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update filing and database systems.
  • Print and sort invoices to distribute to customers.
  • Print the receiving schedule, and schedule receiving appointments.
  • Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions.
  • Distribute or explain information and respond to request.
  • You will operate office machines, such as: Photocopiers and scanners, fax machines, voice mail systems, and computers.
  • Additionally, you will fulfill batch orders by separating order stickers by order number and placing them in batches for the order selectors.

Qualifications and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal skills.
  • Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Able to work nights, weekend and holidays.
  • This work involves moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, and loud noises.
