Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Milton, WA. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing billing, and ensuring materials and logistics are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer invoicing and accounts receivable
- Prepare and reconcile installer invoicing
- Handle material purchasing, vendor coordination, and order tracking
- Oversee logistics and ensure timely deliveries
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to support project execution
- Maintain financial accuracy and organized documentation
Qualifications
- Experience with Job Runner Program (required)
- Knowledge of the floorcovering industry (strongly preferred)
- 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
