Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Debt Collectors with a minimum of (3) years of experience in collections. The ideal candidate will possess a high standard of work ethics, an excellent vocabulary, and the ability to solve problems effectively. You will play a crucial role in managing accounts and ensuring timely collections while providing top-notch service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact delinquent accounts via phone, email, and written correspondence to facilitate debt recovery.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions in our systems.
Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues and objections.
Assess payment plans and negotiate settlements with clients to achieve maximum recoveries.
Work collaboratively with team members to improve collection strategies and processes.
Demonstrate proficient use of Excel and Word to prepare reports and manage client communications.
Prioritize and execute multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Minimum of (3) years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a sophisticated vocabulary.
High standard of work ethics and professionalism.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Saturday: 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Shifts Available:
6:00AM – 12:00PM
9:00Am – 3:00PM
Position Details:
This is a part-time position requiring 30 hours per week.
