Overview:
Associated Sign Company in Phoenix, AZ is looking to add to our Team. Last year we were ranked the #2 Sign Company in Arizona and we are looking for someone that will help us get to #1! For this position, we are seeking an individual with extensive sign industry experience that can help manage our production team.
Requirements:
- At least 15 years of Custom Architectural Sign Industry experience
- At least 7 years of Production Management experience at a mid to large size Sign Company
- Highly experienced/knowledgeable in custom sign fabrication such as channel letters, monument signs, pylon signs, cabinet signs, and more.
- Experience managing workflow and employees in manufacturing environment
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Computer proficiency is a must, specifically in spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets) and Word programs.
- Strong communication and problem solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day to day operations of 20 production team members.
- Work with Install Manager and Graphics Department Manager to ensure we manufacture and install our signage products efficiently, on-time, and with superior quality.
- Material Purchasing and Acquisition
- Production Scheduling
- Communicate with the Sales/Project Management team on status of projects in production.
- Overall shop organization
- Utilize Project Management Software effectively (Square Coil)
- Hiring/Firing of production employees
