Schedule:
- October - April: Wednesday - Sunday, 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM (W-Sat), 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Sunday)
- Spring & Summer: Tuesday - Sunday with similar hours
Compensation: $18 - $22/hour based on experience.

What You’ll Do:
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and high standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure all dishes meet proper specifications and high-quality standards.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, workstations, equipment and storage areas.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory control, monitor stock levels and report any shortages.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
- Safety & Sanitation: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring proper food handling, storage and disposal.
- Customer Satisfaction: Play a key role in delivering a positive dining experience by consistently preparing and serving high-quality food.
