CNC Laser Operator | $21 - $25/hr | No Weekends!

Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $21 - $25/hour (DOE)
- Hours: Monday – Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5 PM (No weekends!)
- Temp-to-Hire position with benefits upon hire!
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate CNC fiber lasers for daily production.
- Stage raw materials and load/unload machines as needed.
- Perform daily machine startup and shutdown procedures.
- Maintain the dust collector service and keep logs for equipment deficiencies.
- Assist with housekeeping, maintenance and material staging.
- Help keep equipment running smoothly with minor maintenance, optic cleaning and machine alignment.
- Track and manage work orders to ensure quality standards are met.
- Monitor gas levels and order supplies for daily production needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Lead/Supervisor/Management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with CAD/CAM programming and operation/maintenance of CO2 or fiber lasers.
- Preferred experience: Familiarity with Mazak fiber lasers.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience in CNC laser cutting (1 year required).
