As the Grain Operations Supervisor, you’ll oversee operations, staffing, safety and quality at this high-volume facility. Your leadership will help maximize efficiency, grain quality and ensure the facility meets the highest industry standards. With a salary range of $65,000 - $95,000 annually ($30 - $45 hourly), you’ll be rewarded for your expertise and dedication.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily facility operations including equipment maintenance, housekeeping and safety.
• Lead and develop a team of grain workers through effective training and performance evaluations.
• Drive facility safety initiatives, including conducting training, safety meetings and investigations.
• Help develop and track annual goals, operating budgets, and capital expenses.
• Manage grain flows, ensuring proper drying, mixing and storage to meet quality standards.
• Monitor grain shrink and maximize blending to reduce financial impacts.
• Ensure compliance with food safety policies and actively participate in training.
