What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative & HR Coordinator position at Associated Surgeons and Physicians, LLC?
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide general administrative support to ASAP leadership and providers
- Serve as primary contact to obtain and maintain payor credentialing and hospital privileges for providers in coordination with external vendor
- Work with local educational institutions to schedule clinical rotations with staff and providers
- Coordinates for full scope of human resources functions:
- Manage the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes and coordinating for selection process alongside leaders
- Facilitate onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth transition onto the ASAP team
- Serve as point of contact for employee relations issues, providing administrative support for leaders to navigate such issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files, records and documentation
- Facilitate leaves of absence in full compliance with FMLA regulations
- Assist in development and maintenance of personnel policies and protocols, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulatory guidance
- Support Benefits Administration in coordination with Director of Finance and CAO
- May facilitate training as determined appropriate by ASAP leadership
- Participates in meetings and committees as required.
- Responsible for other tasks as assigned.
