Location: 500 Kapik Road Hernando, MS

As a Security Supervisor II, you will play a key role in overseeing the security operations at our site, ensuring that all security protocols are followed to safeguard our workforce and assets. In this role, you’ll be the go-to leader for site-specific security management, working closely with contract security staff and coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary. Position Summary:

• Oversee site security and workforce safety, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
• Coordinate and monitor contract guard services, ensuring coverage and contract adherence.
• Control and enforce access procedures for employees, visitors, and vendors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for law enforcement and emergency response entities as needed.
• Be available for on-call emergency response as required.
• Conduct video reviews and maintain security records for future reference.
• Assist in troubleshooting and maintaining video management & access control systems.
• Conduct and support security investigations as directed by leadership.
• Identify and report security concerns, providing recommendations to the Director of Loss Prevention and Security.
• Prepare and submit detailed security reports on activities and investigations.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years security or law enforcement experience.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience in security operations.
• Hands-on experience with video management & access control systems.
• Experience handling confidential investigations and conducting interviews.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to respond to incidents and emergencies as needed.
