Position Summary:
- Oversee site security and workforce safety, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Coordinate and monitor contract guard services, ensuring coverage and contract adherence.
- Control and enforce access procedures for employees, visitors, and vendors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for law enforcement and emergency response entities as needed.
- Be available for on-call emergency response as required.
- Conduct video reviews and maintain security records for future reference.
- Assist in troubleshooting and maintaining video management & access control systems.
- Conduct and support security investigations as directed by leadership.
- Identify and report security concerns, providing recommendations to the Director of Loss Prevention and Security.
- Prepare and submit detailed security reports on activities and investigations.
- Minimum of 3 years security or law enforcement experience.
- 1-3 years supervisory experience in security operations.
- Hands-on experience with video management & access control systems.
- Experience handling confidential investigations and conducting interviews.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to respond to incidents and emergencies as needed.
