Customer Relationship Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as liaison between customer and internal billing departments to facilitate resolution of issues causing payment delays.
- Monitors, manages, and maintains assigned accounts.
- Reduces delinquency of assigned accounts.
- Makes collection calls and sends correspondence in a fast-paced goal-oriented collections department.
- Provides excellent customer service regarding collection issues, requests customer refunds, requests and reviews account adjustments, resolves client discrepancies, and short payments.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3 years of collections experience, including interaction with a large customer base.
- Knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures.
- Accounts Receivable knowledge/experience.
- ERP and Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, Word) experience.
Hourly wage range based on experience: $24 - $26 per hour.
