What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Dosimetrist position at Associates in Radiation Medicine?
Associates in Radiation Medicine is seeking a full-time, hybrid in-person/remote, certified medical dosimetrist to join our practice in a new 12,000 square foot cancer center located in Wheaton, Maryland.
Candidates will be joining a collegial team of two board-certified radiation oncologists and one board-certified physicist. The clinic is ACR-accredited and offers a wide array of treatment modalities including HyperArc SRS/SRT, SBRT, MIM for image fusion/deformation, Protégé AI for contouring, DoseLab for MLC and image QA, Mobius and Arc check for IMRT and VMAT QA and Identify for motion management. Eclipse and ARIA are used for planning and electronic medical records. The site also has HDR brachytherapy capabilities (Flexitron) and new Varian TrueBeam and Edge linear accelerators.
