ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
All services of the Administrative Assistant are under the direct supervision of the Assistant Manager and/or the supervision of Association Advisors NJ.
Responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to the following –
· Answer inquiries in-person, by phone calls and emails
- Filing
- Data entry, copying and scanning
· Schedule appointments, Zoom Meetings and Conference Calls
· Assist with maintaining the calendar updates
-Perform other administrative duties as assigned
· Qualifications:
· Enthusiastic, team player
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Friendly and helpful in interactions with residents
· Strong sense of customer service
· Strong organizational skills
· Strong computer skills (Microsoft office)
