A prestigious luxury high-rise community in Long Branch, NJ, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Property Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of property operations, including resident relations, maintenance, and financial management.
- Ensure resident satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns and maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct regular property inspections and implement necessary repairs and improvements.
- Manage resident move-ins and move-outs, including lease renewals and rent collections.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, board members, and local authorities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Property Manager, preferably in a high-rise or luxury residential setting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Property Management or a related field preferred.
