What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director - Learning Product Management position at Association Careers?
About the Role:
You will direct the learning product management function and oversee the lifecycle of our learning products from conception to launch and continued growth. You will will deliver high quality, commercially-viable products for our members. You will lead our B2B Learning Product team ensuring all custom products are align with our proposition and learning strategies. You will report to the Senior Director - Learning. This role is remote-friendly though you can also work from one of our North American offices.
You Will:
- Lead a team of people, in accordance with the Association’s Management Charter, with managing people being the primary responsibility.
- You will develop and implement the strategy for learning products, aligning them with the Association’s broad learning strategy, proposition strategies, market needs, and Association revenue growth aspirations.
- Ensures product development processes deliver scoped products on-time, on-budget and that products achieve expected performance (including ROI).
- Lead the B2B Learning Product Team responsible for providing rapid response on proposal and delivery for custom training needs approved by the Opportunity Review Board (ORB).
- Develop collaborative working relationships across the Experience team and with relevant team leaders to ensure understanding of the proposition prioritization/goals, how to increase achievement of goals through learning products and market trends/opportunities.
You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, education, or related field of experience
- Prior experience in learning development of multi-format products
- Experience leading learning product management teams
- Experience in learning solutions consulting or learning design
- Accounting or finance subject matter expertise in at least one of the learning curriculums served, such as Tax, Accounting & Audit (A&A), Technology (Fintech), Management Accounting, Government, Not for Profit or Sustainability.

The Salary Range for this role is: $120,000 - $160,000
