We are looking for a Clinical Manager LPHA Pathways to Success who demonstrates this mission and wants to work for an organization that makes a difference in the community.
The schedule will be day shift during business hours.
What you will be doing?
- A full-time LPHA who will provide clinical oversight and direction for the Care Coordinator and Support Organization program and its services.Clinical oversight and coaching of CCSO team
- Ensure referral to FSP, SFSP, SASS, MCR services as clinically indicated
- Ensure that wraparound and systems of care approaches are utilized.
- Key contributor to the Behavioral Health team and the agency as a whole
- This job position may have some work components that can be performed remotely. Remote work arrangements are not a right or entitlement of employment. They are discretionary and subject to demonstrated performance and operational needs. Approval may be rescinded at any time at the management's discretion.
- Maintain excellent and punctual attendance
- Provide clinical supervision to designated staff, if assigned
- Ensure that staff documentation is timely and up to date
- Assist in the development and implementation of CCSO Services schedule, if assigned this task.
- Complete staff evaluations on a timely basis
- Assure clients are assigned and begin services on a timely basis
- Complete all required documentation on time
- Acquire and maintain required certifications and trainings.
- Maintain client files according to agency policy
- Abide by AID’s Code of Ethics, policies and procedures
- Ensure programs are meeting requirements of all certifying bodies
- Maximize the percentage of clients who are approved for authorizations and reauthorizations as needed
- Maintain professional judgment and performance regardless of personal issues

Qualifications
What will you bring to the table?
Education: A Master’s Degree in a human services field is required.
License/certifications: LCPC or LCSW required
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in behavioral health preferred
Job Specific Competencies:
- Effective counseling skills
- Diagnostic interviewing skills
- Clinical case presentation ability
- Ability to provide clinical services to clients with a variety of psychiatric disorders
- Knowledge of service area referral options
- Clinical supervision skills
What are the other requirements?
- Obtain input from consumers and other stakeholders on service provision
- Provide outcome evaluation data to Director on a timely basis
- Maintain a positive professional working relationship with coworkers, agencies and other stakeholders
- Attend monthly AID Management meeting & trainings
- Participate in agency committees as assigned
- Interview applicants and complete the hiring process for open positions.
