Jan Aid Crew Leader - Substitute

We are looking for a Jan Aid Crew Leader Sub who exemplifies that mission, and wants to work for an organization that makes a difference.”
What will you be doing?
- Leading a three-person crew and working with individuals with diverse disabilities
- Training and supervising people with disabilities on janitorial cleaning skills
- Cleaning worksites both at AID and within the community
- Completing paperwork and reporting on client progress/behaviors
- Part Time
What will you bring to the table?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in the cleaning industry
- One year of experience working with individuals with diverse disabilities
- A valid Illinois driver’s license and automobile insurance
- Ability to acquire and maintain CPR, first aid, and non-violent intervention certifications
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule

What are the other requirements?
- Attending in-service trainings, as required
- Ability to maintain CPR, first-aid, OIG Rule 50 training, and non-violent intervention certifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Position may require significant walking, standing, and bending
