What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Assistant position at Association Management, LLC?
We are a small association management company looking for an accounting administrative assistant to join our growing team. The accounting administrative assistant will work closely with the office accounting staff to manage and maintain an array of administrative and clerical procedures. The ideal candidate should have very strong oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools like MS Excel, Outlook, and office equipment. Accounting experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation and/or auditing preferred.
Description
Complete regular accounting tasks such as bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and account research. Training will be provided for each type of task within our software.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Very strong written and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to stay on top of and work ahead of deadlines

Hours
Core starting hours will be Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm with occasional nights and weekends. Hours may become flexible depending on the needs of the business. Major holidays off.
