New England Cancer Specialists, the largest independent oncology practice North of Boston, is seeking a Hematologist / Oncologist to care for our patients in the Central Maine region. A successful candidate will be Board Certified eligible (as of 2025) with Fellowships in Hematology and Medical Oncology and be comfortable treating a full range of cancers and blood disorders.
POSITION BENEFITS AND DETAILS
This position is full-time, consisting of 4 clinic days and 1 administrative day. Benefits include competitive compensation, a generous 8 weeks of combined PTO / CME time, company paid holidays, and relocation assistance. Our team-based approach to cancer treatment is collaborative and offers expert patient care that is comprehensive and personalized. Call is a shared rotation with our Hematology and Oncology Physicians, supported by our First Call Program where an APP is the point of contact, reaching out to the on-call physician as needed; supporting a healthy work and life balance for our physicians.
