You will work with Proposition Owners, Department Leaders, Experience Partners and Service Managers in the delivery of propositions to our chosen audiences. The propositions will be delivered on-budget and to specified quality standards/specifications to achieve the agreed outcomes concerning meeting audience needs and delivery of revenue. You will report to the Experience Delivery Director. This role is remote-friendly.

The Salary Range for this role is: $85,000 - $109,000

Additional Information
You will work with Proposition Owners, Department Leaders, Experience Partners and Service Managers in the delivery of propositions to our chosen audiences. The propositions will be delivered on-budget and to specified quality standards/specifications to achieve the agreed outcomes concerning meeting audience needs and delivery of revenue. You Will:
- Participate in formulation of proposition strategies that resonate with clearly defined audience segments and achieve revenue and Return on Experience Investment.
- Write and submit briefs to initiate program delivery; ensure briefs contain SMART goals that provide complete clarity on required deliverables, dates of delivery, expected audience outcomes and measures.
- Align with the Experience Management Planning function to determine scheduling in consideration of the integrated calendar and capacity planning constraints.
- Work with business leaders in Experience to assign/activate squad members or activate a seasonal squad. Monitor squad activity from end-to-end to specifications and agreed outcomes.
- Ensure the Proposition Owner and Experience Business Partner are kept informed regarding status.
- Respond to concerns from Proposition Owners and other Partners and work with the Squad to provide prompt resolution.
- At least once every 6 months review delivery practices and working relationships across squads to maximize overall performance.
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 years of experience in marketing, digital content management, digital content development or related field.
- Experience creating services, solutions, and stories that provide meaningful and experiences to users through use-centric design.
- Experience delivering across multiple channels.
